Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellation for ScopeWriter, provided by Constructability Systems LLC.

Per-project fees

A per-project fee covers one project for 18 months from the day the project is created. If you ask within 14 days of the charge and the project has not had a scope marked complete or a bid package sent, we will refund the fee in full. After that, project fees are not refundable, and the project stays available for the rest of its term.

Starter offer

The $499 starter offer covers your first three projects. It is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if none of the three projects has had a scope marked complete or a bid package sent.

Company plan

The company plan is billed monthly in advance and can be canceled at any time by emailing billing@constructabilitysystems.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month; there are no partial-month refunds. Projects created under the plan stay readable and downloadable after cancellation.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error or charged twice, email billing@constructabilitysystems.com and we will correct it promptly.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
