One price per project, charged once and coded to the job. Unlimited scopes and team members on every project.
One project manager starts; two teammates follow free. Any project size. Start by June 30, 2027. Standard pricing from project four on.
Project size is the construction contract value. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that applies in your state. Invoices are due on receipt and payable by card or bank transfer.

A one-hour session where we load your existing scope language into your company standards, so your first scope starts from your own words.
Running several at once?
The company plan covers unlimited projects for one monthly price, sized to your company. Ask us when ScopeWriter is on a few of your jobs.
Questions
When is a project charged?
When the project is created in ScopeWriter. The project then stays active for 18 months, which covers bidding, buyout and the construction phase for most jobs.
What happens after 18 months?
The project stays readable and every document stays downloadable. Extending editing past 18 months is available if a job runs long; ask us.
Can I cancel?
There is no subscription to cancel on per-project pricing. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for refunds on a project charge and for the company plan.
Who owns the scopes we write?
You do. Your company standards, scopes and documents are your data, and you can export them at any time. See the Terms of Service.
Does it work with our own subcontract form?
Yes. Upload your Word form and ScopeWriter fills it in, or use ScopeWriter's standard exhibit layout.
