This policy explains what information Constructability Systems LLC collects through ScopeWriter and this website, and how it is used.

What we collect

Account information: names, work email addresses and roles of the people on your team.

Customer Data: what your team enters, such as company standards, project information, scopes, estimates, subcontractor records and uploaded documents.

Usage and technical data: sign-in times, basic logs needed to run and secure the Service, and usage of AI-assisted features for billing and limits.

Contact form: the information you send us through this website.

How we use it

To provide, secure and support the Service; to send sign-in codes and service messages; to bill for the Service; and to reply to you. We do not sell personal information and do not use Customer Data for advertising.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the Service: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Netlify (website hosting), Resend (sign-in email delivery), Anthropic (AI-assisted features, for the content you choose to send to them), Microsoft (our company email) and Stripe (payments). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Cookies

The website and app use only what is needed to keep you signed in and the site working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

We keep Customer Data while your account is active. On written request after the account ends, we delete it within 60 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to signed-in members of your company, and sign-in uses one-time codes rather than stored passwords.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@constructabilitysystems.com. If your company manages your account, we may refer the request to your company admin.
